A successful controlling and professional project management are demanding tasks. Very often it is difficult to find the right person/project manager for a special project. That´s when we take over the task.

Oftentimes the appropriate staff is working to full capacity and cannot attend to a difficult project as intensive as necessary. Therefore the results are frustration and an unfavourable course of the project. To avoid this we can support the project manager by steering and drawing his attention to risks and participate in eliminating them as well.

While arranging the project you may realize that the project manager entitled is not capable for this task yet. Action without delay is essential == that´s when we come into play.

Building complex industrial plants (e.g. power plants) is one of the most difficult disciplines. The challenge is to combine complex technologies, economical and legal frame conditions, sub suppliers and time schedules in an optimal way and keeping them under control.

We bring in the experiences of a big amount of executed projects (a few examples: Organisation and execution of catalyst changes in coal fired power stations, test plant for co-firing of municipal mud waste with coal, execution of material handling projects, realisation of CCGT-power plants in difficult countries, taylormade CCGT-CHP-plants for chemical sites, engineering works for nano technology center, acquisition and planning of ESBS (RF)-power plants and data center etc.). The projects have a volume in the range of several hundred thousand euro to above 400 million euro.
